Is it possible, past 5 years credit report...?

I filed for bankruptcy and discharged on may 1992, so, it was on my credit report until 2003, my question is: Is it possible that someone could ask for my past 5 years credit report to any of the 3 major credit bureaus and notice that I had a bankruptcy on my record 3 or 4 years ago...?
I'm a applying for a service contract, and, if they find out about my previous bankruptcy I won't be able to get it...that is their rule.

    I doubt they'd do it.

They'll probably do a routine background check which will probably include a Credit Report. But the CR that get's pulled would be a current one. Not one from 5 years ago.

The BK can turn up in other ways in a background check. The company will probably do a routine Public Records search to see what turns up there. Any criminal behavior and such. BK could pop up there. It's public record.

Dunno for sure tho. Depends on how thorough the company wants to be.
