Been going to court for a year....still not confirmed!

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I filed BK13 in June 2005 and now nearly one year later, my plan is still not confirmed. They keep changing the terms and conditions, keep asking for this document or that. Now they want me to change my wage order fgrom $500/mo to $660/mo. I've read articles on the Wells of Justice website about how corrupt and collusional the trustees and the judges are and how rigged the whole BK system. There is really no one I can complain to about this trustee, because no one will do anything. Basically it's like being in the Guantanamo Bay facility...

Write a letter detailing the process you've been thru and send it to the higher ups. Send it the your District US Trustee, the Attorney General, your Representative, your Senator, make sure copies go to your local Trustee and Judge.

I'm sure Minny will chime in here and tell you who else needs to get a letter. She knows who all to send letters to. Minny's had some real problems too.

Hang in there. And keep us informed about what's going on.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

      Remember, EVERYONE HAS A BOSS.........
The Trustee is under the watch eye of the US Trustee and they both are under the control of the Attonrey General in Washington...........

Do you use an attorney when you filed.........?

SinkingFast gave you a pretty good list of everyone to send a letter too.... also send them certified so they have to sign for them......
Give it a few days and believe me I think you will see some results in reaching a conclusion about your payment plan.

Also be sure to mention the undo emotional and physical stress that this long process is causing you and ask for suggestions on how this issue can be quickly resolved.

If you feel that the Trustee is being unfair or unreasonable - state as such in your memo - let him "explain" to his BOSS................ DUH.......

        Keep us posted.
