    Does the paranoia ever end?

I logged on to 13datacenter.com to see if trustee had made a payment yet this month. It says on there under monthly payment - temporarily unavailable - what in the heck???? I pay $557 a month and it has always been on there as direct pay and now it says this? What do you think? I checked on PACER and there hasn't been anything filed in my case. Just makes me very nervous. Does this paranoia ever end?

My husband changed jobs last month and the lawyer said to wait 120 days before submitting a new budget to see where the money falls. I hope that she is right.

I have never been late and have kind of had the attitude of don't rock the boat, now I feel like my boat has been rocked and I have no life perserver.

The "temporarily unavailable" just sounds like your tried to access something during a database update.

When was your plan confimed and when did you start making payments? PACER is only as good as the people updating it and it can take some time.

Humor intended (this post reminded me of this funny quote): "Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you."

It doesn't make sense to me why it says amount temporarily unavailable, that was on the NDC website. It has always said $557. I checked PACER immediately after that to see if something had been filed or if they were changing my payment amount. There was nothing filed on PACER and then when I went on my trustee's 13 network, it still says $557 direct pay. I am hoping that NDC just for some reason says that and something isn't lurking in the dark. It is just that I have finally gotten comfortable and now it brings back all those yucky feelings. Hopefully just an error.

Plan was confirmed in 7/2005. Haven't been late or anything. It is a 37 month plan. I just made my 12th payment. Happy anniversary to me.

The 13datacenter.com site has the following note:

[5/15/2006] Case Information: for some cases we are experiencing data difficulties with the Payroll Deduction amounts - we are working with our Data Partner to rectify this problem.

Since this is all related to pacer and the like, maybe this is behind the error.

God bless you . I can put down the gallon of rum that I was ready to ingest. I never thought to look that far down on the front page. Now back to my life.

Jane, I have learned through this process to always have some alcohol on reserve.

                  Have had those...

..."hit the cooking wine bottle" kind of days lately. Sure am glad my doc recommended putting some red/blush wine into my aging body a couple days a week. I may still be aging faster than usual with the BK, but am now knowing why my grandma had her "medicinal" bottles of elderberry wine and cherry cordial in the cabinet! I'm thinking having Grandpa retired and blowing the household budget on home improvement projects (he had 4 or 5 in process at all times!) made her hit that cabinet often!!! I am also thinking after seeing all the nervousness about what is or isn't showing online during the BK may make me take the same approach as climbing on my scale at home: once a week, no more anguish needed than that.

I'm having "vibes" about the mailbox. I hurriedly check the mail every day because I've got this feeling that something's coming. Dunno what. But something's coming.

Of course it doesn't help the "vibes" that the Foreclosure Trustee sends triplicate daily reminders, both regular and Certified mail, that the Foreclosure is coming soon to a Court House not so near to us.

Yeah, it's a "tail-buster" everyday to go to the mail box and there is a letter from the Trustee, or my attorney.......... got so tired of that part of bankruptcy........

But it too will pass, and there are better days to come..... THINK FUTURE!!!

Get that mail out of your box - SMILE - and say to yourself "HAPPY DAYS WILL BE BACK AGAIN"...........
