Anyone ever ask a lawyer for references?

Just wondering, has anyone ever asked a lawyer for references for other BK clients?

We didn't, but I'd looked 'em up on PACER before we ever went to a Consult. We knew how many cases they'd handled. How their most recent cases had come out. If there were problems or such. That sort of thing.

You might ask about professional affiliations. There's a couple of BK Attnys associations. Maybe see it they're a member of either one of them??!!

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
