I am confused, it is still early for me, and this is probably a stupid question. Do I have to wait for the divorce to be final before filing individual bankruptcy?

I would wait till divorce is final before I filed..... then I would eliminate whatever debts I could in the filing of the bankruptcy..... Never know what you'll get stuck with in a divorce.....
