Can you reconvert?

I have a question. The mortgage holder on my house filed a Motion to Lift Stay, my attorney says for us to reconvert to a Chapter 13. I thought once you converted you couldn't reconvert. He says I can reconvert to a Chapter 13 since I have improved income, and better circumstances.

Any opinions?

Man, if your in a 7, and they are going to let you stay in a 7 why, why, would possibly want to drag the headache out instead of being done with it once and for all.

Then only reason to convert would be too possibly save your home in a Chapter 13........... is this the reason???

Or does your attorney feel like the Trustee will convert you to a Chapter 13 anyways based on your income.................?
