Sticking it to the Bankruptcy Trustee stories, legally

Boy there is alot of pent up anger regarding how this and that persons case turned out. Why? debt is being forgiven, be happy. I think we need a thread for stories of people that have stuck it to the man. Lets hear those stories people!:D

I personally did not file to "stick it" to anyone. It was a hard decision to make and it did not come without sacrifices, so I don't really consider it a joyful experience. I am glad for what I learned in the process and I'm slowly re-establishing myself.

What did a trustee ever do to me? Why would I want to "stick it" to him/her. This isn't a game--we're dealing with the feds here. I just play nice and play by the rules.

My chapter 13 trustee was not friendly at all, she was just doing her job. Can't be mad at that.

scammer, if someone did stick it to the trustee, why would they post. That wouldn't be too smart now would it?

It is really not the trustee any of us are sticking it to. BK is using a legal process to wipe out debt. It is the credit card companies, hospitals, banks, mortgage companies and anybody we owe money too that is getting poked with the stick.

Everybody who files BK is sticking it to someone. Most are not doing it intentionally. If your sticking it to the federal court system by lieing, you do it at your own risk.

I had no problems with the trustee, so there was no reason. However some do and you have to fight for yourself, or else you're a sitting duck. This is no game. And you gotta do what you gotta do.

Am I out to "stick it to the Trustee"............ no not really.... he's just a paid flunky for the Court..... yet I will question his tactics and procedures legally.....

But I am out to get the Bank, Mortgage Company, Title Company and my attorney that caused me to lose my home in Chapter 7 due to "their negligence".....................

No I'm not going to stick it too them...... I'm gonna make them "pay the piper" for their negligence and stupidity for creating a "clerical error" that cost me my home when I filed bankrutpcy................

Right is right and wrong is wrong............and I got screwed by all of them..... because of a "clerical error" created by a creditor.........

Stick it too them................ nope............. make em pay...........yep!!
