I have had a hellish time dealing with Experian. They won't correct my report at all, and they somehow verify false items. I've written them three times and nothing has worked. Has anybody here tried filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about them? If so, how did you structure your letters/complaints, and what was the outcome? Thanks for your help...

Check in the misc section of this forum and there is a site for sample letters to use when you dispute your credit report.... it will say sample letters and forms......

Thanks Minny, I'll definitely check that out. It's just frustrating because I have done everything correctly... 3 times I've sent certified letters w/return receipt... since January!! TransUnion and Equifax haven't given me a problem at all, but Experian won't budge. I think I'm going to file a complaint w/the FTC and the BBB. I hope that does something.Comment

I filed a BBB complaint, an FTC complaint, and a PlanetFeedback complaint with them yesterday.... idiots.
If I ever win the lottery, I am opening my own law firm to specifically sue the credit bureaus for their violations of the FCRA.... that is a dream of mine one day....BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!Comment
