Hello

what is the average time for creditors to object after the 341 meeting? I checked pacer today and my notice was posted. My meeting is scheduled for June 29 and although it says creditors have 30 days for objections the date is August 28 . It also said that presumption of abuse did not arise. This is good right? This is an old law chap 13 that i converted to a chap 7 on friday. I thought they moved pretty quick being that i filed it on friday . Any input?

creditors only have until the date on the papers to object and after that you're free and clear of that hurdle. and yes it is a good thing that the presumption did not arise.
