Has anyone heard of ********?? if we are behind on our mortgage payments can they help, has anyone used them before?

Most companies like this are scams....... or end up costing you more than you already owed...... usually this will not solve your financial problems if you need to file bankruptcy.
You can salvage your home in bankruptcy without using an outside source that charges fees.Minny
