WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.......... sounds like you should have come seen us a long time ago..............

Contact at least 3 attorneys (free consultation) and find out what options are open to you and where you stand with the assets you do have.......

Things will be better, it just takes time to correct the issues...... and bankruptcy is one way to correct the problems and give you a fresh start in life....

Ask questions, we will be glad to help.......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I would change your title to "Taking the Stand".

I just realized today that when I got dischaged on May 30th, my case was also closed!!! I guess waiting 6 mos. for the 341 hearing was well worth it!
      Filed: October 13th, 2005
      341: April 11th, 2006 (Took 6 mos.)
      Discharged: May 31st, 2006
      Closed: May 31st, 2006

It's hard taking that first step, but we're all here to help each other thru this process.
