    Paperwork for Chapter 13

We have filed Chapter 13 and as I have been looking through my paperwork, I cant seem to find the petition to file chapter 13 bk. I have the petition for the plan and all the other papers...am I confused? Is there not a paper for the petition to file chapter 13 bk? Also, I guess I am getting a little nervous. They just started paying my claims and 3 out of the 17 that we filed on did not file a claim. I understand that even though they did not file a claim, after my discharge I still do not have to pay them. But wouldnt I need some sort of paper work that shows that I did indeed include them in the bk? When we signed the papers at the attorney office, I made double sure they were all on there and they were...but all the paper work that I have here just shows the creditors who filed a claim. Any help would be appreciated.

Form B22C is the form most chapter 13 debtors will complete. [The Official Bankruptcy Forms can be found on the New and Revised Official Forms page on the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Web site.]"

With Ch 13, not all Creditors will file a claim for payment. To some, it's just not worth fooling with the piddly little amount that will trickle in every year. They'd just rather write off your debt than pay the costs to administer posting their payments from your plan.

You listed your Creditors and your debts. You did your part. If they don't put in their dibs to get paid outa your plan, it's just their tough luck. When you're discharged and closed, all the debts and Creditors you declared go with it.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
