Disputing duplicating?

Is it okay to dispute when another one is in process? I have one disputes going online and thinking about sending the letters with disputes plus going through privacymatters. Is this flooding the credit bureaus and possibly an ineffective procedure?

I just also called "Capital one "after sending them a copy of my chapter 7 papers in May. since they refused not to report correctly since it was discharged was 1/06 . They did not believe me and stated they had nothing sent to them from my attorney "of coarse" which the attorney sends a copy to every creditor , So I did not think it was a big deal I sent a copy.. I was forced to do this because I kept disputing since jan 06 and it kept coming back verified.
Did I do wrong?
they show 90 days past due which I had filed BK Aug. Can they do this? They are NOT even reporting it right still ? .. TRANS AND EQUIFAX STILL HAVE A BALANCE ...BUT at least finally this month they show included in chapter 7 and not "no payment" since 8-05... and they have chargeoff.. what are we going to do with these people.. I guess I will wait a month and dispute it again any ideas?????

Example:
CAPITAL 1 BK More about this account >>

Responsibility: Individual Individual Individual

Late Payments (last 7 years):

90 days 3 8
I think this is hurting my score not sure what 3 8 in 90 days is not 38 times I hope.

Here's what I do. I disputed everything online so far... The results have been pretty good. I still have a couple of items that still need some work, but I may have to dispute them through letters. Contrary to what people tell you online disputes do work. Keep at it. I started my dispute process about 2 months before filing and here is where I am:
Equifax: +57 pts
Experian: + 52 pts
Trans Union: + 69 pts

If I can be any help to you, PM me. If I can I'd be glad to assist you.

I've done a few disputes online and they were resolved within a week.

There is another post that says when you do a dispute online, choose the option for "incorrectly coded".

If you go through the CRAs, it puts the burden on them to investigate and fix within 30 days. They'll be able to see all your other accounts that are IIB.

Hope this helps.

Wait til the older disputes are finished before starting more. Otherwise, they could claim you are submitting 'additional information' on the original disputes. This would legally give them more time to work on your original disputes.

That makes sense , thats why most likely everything come back quickly as verified. I will may 1 months until eveything is updated at the cra ... then try the option not coded correctly... that will be my next job.. this really is a full time job , Thank goodness I don't work right now.. I can be on top of it and sure am trying. Just wasn't sure by disputing so much and always not mine even BK is scary to me .. I don't want to mess this up and want to feel confident in my procedures . Thanks for all your help :)

What does "not coded correctly" mean? I do my disputing through the mail so I can have a paper trail. What would you say in a letter about things not being coded correctly? Would you just say....

Dear So and So;

This is a formal complaint that you are reporting items in my credit report which are not coded correctly?

What will this mean to them?
