Anyone else having trouble with Walmart and Sams Club?

I filed formal complaints today with the Texas State Attorney General's Office, the FTC, and the BBB where their offices are located. I am getting no where wiht these people.

I keep getting put on hold, keep having my letters returned with form letters, and nothing gets done... I just get the runaround... it's awful...

Anyone else have trouble with them? If so, have you gotten things cleared up?

Yeah, sorry I didn't make that clear. They are still showing my payment history as being "charged off." It's the same month that I was discharged too... which means that they are breaking the law.....

Tin, there's another post recently where someone said that instead of disputing indicate incorrectly coded and that alleviated their problem; although I don't think it was with Sam's/Walmart.
