In filing the statement of affairs we have two boys in which we adopyed and we receive an adoption subidy for them... Do I have to include that amount as part of my income? I ask that because one of them will turn 18 before the 5 year plan is up.

Where is the subsidy from? Is it the break on your tax return, or something else?

Not sure about an adoption subsidy, but we had to show son's social security survivor benefits he received for his mom. We received his last check this month, and now I am skrimping, hoping to avoid asking for a plan modification.
