Have been an avid QVC buyer though..... they have some terrific products......

LOVE THEIR SHEET SETS..............FANTASTIC.....

LOVE THEIR FEATHERBEDS - COMFORTERS - AND PILLOWS...... (and I'm allergenic)

AND THE BEST POTS AND PANS ON THE MARKET..............

Ps. And "the Girls" love the featherbeds also..................lol

I can't remember buying anything from an infomercial, but my kids have.

Son bought some sort of bait thing. Banjo Bait Fishing System or something like that. He was so thrilled when the package arrived and so disappointed that the bait didn't catch more fish.

One daughter just bought Windsor Pilates. Why??!! I don't know! She hasn't gotten it yet so we don't know about that one.

How are the Bare Minerals tinroof? I think that's one I would actually like to try.

While these things may seem cheap the companies sock it to you with Shipping and Handling. Also, I would order off the internet, you'll have to listen to too many upsells (I have to read them to custys - pain in the a$$ and I hate doing it as much as they hate hearing it...It's a pain saying Yoga Booty Ballet Buns over and over again) if you order over the telephone.

Also, FYI....Kevin Trudeau and his Natual Cures is a scam...

You can get some of that "As Seen on TV" stuff at stores now too.

Nervous, my mom really like the Bare Minerals; however, it's very expensive after the first time so we opted for eBay to get the replacements.

Expensive as all get out on the minerals, but I love how it looks... so does my fiance. I am a redhead with darker colored skin, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a foundation that matches me... bare minerals does though, and it looks good, and feels good. I've only been using it a few days, but I really like it so far....

Tinroof......I LOVE Bare (Minerals) Escentuals...I have the complete start up package. It works great doesn't it. If you look on Ebay they have people who sell it new and unopened. I have gotten the BIG 2 or 4 gram foundations for only $12.50...new and unopened!! I have gotten some brushes, for $4. They have the new compact with brush and miror so you can take it with you. I found it new on Ebay for $8.50. I will never go back to liquid...EEWWWWW!!!!
I used it for my Brother's wedding and had so many comments, asking if I had my make-up done (since I had gotten my updo done professionally) I haven't tried their lipstick or mascara, how much can that be different , their eyeshadows are nice and last long!!

As for infomercials....I want the Magic Bullet, with the juicer and blender...LOL it's going ot $99..but new on Ebay same set $40.

I'm also a QVC shpper for scrapbooking, and once in a while for Bare Escentual (only if it is showcased)

I love it... I really do... I do have to touch it up during the day (with my little compact that I got in my starter kit, but it looks and feels natural, and it DOES last!) I also use the full coverage brush to apply it, because I like the "airbrushed" look (I hate my freckles!) (I also use JUSTforREDHEADS mascara... black does a number on me....)

Do you buy from anyone in particular on eBay? (If so, could you IM me or email me and let me know who from please?) If you see any good deals running, also let me know... I hate knowing that I need to order from them... it's EXPENSIVE as heck!



Speaking of the magic bullet though, we registered for one, I believe at Bed Bath and Beyond... we have both wanted one for... forever.. They look so neat and easy to use, and we both hate to spend hours over the stove!
