what if your husband was an authorized user

I am going to file soon and I was just wondering if I will have a problem with my cc... My husband is not going to file because the cc debt is all in my name ; however he was an authorized user of my cards! Will this be a problem with the trustee? or should everything go alright? HELP !!!

I'm in the process of filing Chap 7 & my boyfriend is an authorized user on one of my credit cards - it won't affect him or his credit - for example - the credit card shows up on my credit report but not his. He just has a duplicate card of mine w/his name on it. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much.. yes it does help! But I ran a credit report on him and found that my negative cc are appearing on his as well? How can that be?? when he was just an authorized user.All the cc were opened under my name....
