I filed the last of my papers today

and while preparing the copies to be sent to all the creditors I realized I forgot to fill in the part on the bottom of the first page of the chapter 13 plan where you state what you put on your schedules, i.e, assets, secured debts, unsecured, etc... can they dismiss my case for accidently omitting that information or will they let me make the changes?

They can if you don't fix the paper work. You will need to file an amended form.
