    Question regarding statement from Lawyer!

I requested a copy of my file from my lawyer so that I have it for my meeting with a BK lawyer. My current lawyer is paid by my insurance company. Now my insurance company is being sued right along with me stemming from a criminal act performed by my minor son. A Motion for Summary Judgment has been filed and meets in 4 weeks. My insurance is trying to get out of being responsible. Now they do have a very strong case so I really don't know how this will turn out. You can read more info in the link below.

    ____________
My question is with the above said, WHY would my lawyer tell me in an email: (see below)

note that i will be opposing the motion for summary judgment filed (long story but insurance agreed that my representation of You is unrestricted)

What does he mean by that statement? Am I missing something here? What is with the "agreed to unrestricted representation"? This case has been going on for 3 years for crying out loud.
