Hi we filed BK on 5/12/04 it was discharged on 9/8/04. We surrendered our house and moved out before the discharge. The question I have is we are currently trying to by a house and the lender wants confirmation that we were not over 120 days past due or in foreclosure. We were never late when we filed but did let the house go back is this still a foreclosure?
