    Pacer question

    Hi guys,
    Been awhile since I was able to chat since All I have been doing is working.
    My question is:::
    I checked pacer and since 6/29 when the trustee said I had no assets to distribute and recommended discharge there has been no activity.
    Pacer just shows what was sent in on this date. Is this a good thing?
    Nothing reported. Hope so.

    There is a 60 day 'waiting period' from the time the trustee declares no assets have been distributed following the 341, to approval by the judge. So within about 2 months you should have your discharge.

      No news is good news right now. That means none of your Creditors have Objected to this point. If things stay the same, you should get Discharged and Closed fairly soon after your 60 days is up.
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
      Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007
