Question for the board?

Who has been in the situation and has had to file BK and had their house forclosed on. Alot of people say this is the "Double Whammy Death Wish",and you cannot recover no matter what people say. As to getting a home mortgage 3-4 yrs later forget it. Is this true? Because I have no choice to do anything but this. Because Wells-Fargo Home Mortgage will not stop the foreclosure even when im willing to DIL and give it back.

Any suggestions for me.

Are you in bankruptcy now???

Or filed BK, its over and now they are foreclosing on a house you kept in bankruptcy.

Did you reaffirm on the mortgage during the BK process?

Or are they foreclosing on you now and you are now filing bankruptcy?
