I tried finding some info on this site regarding this but didn't really find what I was looking for.
I've done a lot of research on buying a home after bankruptcy and understand where scores need to be for a convetional loan but what about a construction loan?
Also, what about a HELOC? Are those more difficult to come by or easier? We are trying to put all of our options on the table so any advice would be great.
