I am new to this board and would like help with a problem I am having.I filed chapter 13 and it was confirmed on 11/30/2005.
I have my house,car,and state taxes from 2003 and 2004 .the taxes in the plan are coming off in a couple of weeks due to me filing them and after the adjustment I have overpaid them through the plan. My question I have is can I give my car back.I have been fixing on my car since feb. until now off and on.I have spent about $2500 and today I found out my transmission needs to be fixed.This car has 145,900 miles on it and is a 2001.I would like to turn this car in and try to get approved through a program called 722 redemption I heard about.So is it to late to turn my car back into the finance company?
