Well, I talked to my attorney

He advises that I pay "what we can" because it takes 3 months for the Trustee to "catch up". I am following his advise, this is what I paid him over $2K for. I hope it's correct. We are $3K behind in our payments. Fully funded, at over $2K per month because of our monthly income (at the time of filing, which has dramatically changed for the worst). I believe that we scrutinized and reported our monthly income vs bills incorrectly :(

If your income has changed for the worse, you might want to consider filing an amended plan. Has your lawyer suggested that?

I agree, why hasn't your attorney suggested modifying your plan to try to get a lower monthly payment? I would ask him and find out what your options are. Good luck.
