Meeting Questions?

So we finally came up with the money to pay the attorney to get this filed. We go the 27th for final paperwork and payment. The thing I am confused about is child support. I receive this but not consistently, they told me I wouldn't have to include this. I go back to court with my ex August 8th for modification and hope to start getting this on a regular basis. What is consistent/regular??? I am not sure when I should tell them they can include this in my income. Any suggestions or ideas. Also I am going to ask that they file this right away I am using my car payment money to pay the attorney to file this. Any luck with getting an attorney to do that?

Can your husbands paycheck by garnished so that you get the child support before he gets a dime?

He is a job hopper so it is hard to keep him nailed down in order to garnish him

I am a nervous wreck, I just want to get this over with. The stress is unreal as I am sure you are all aware of. In this then 24 hours it will be finished then the meeting of creditors. GREAT!!!!
