I just have a few more questions. We have a third car. It is an old in poor shape VB bug. Can we cet in trouble if we sell the car before we file? A distant friend of the family wants it. Is it wrong to prepare like this?
While we are paying back the court will be allowed to sale our home and move out of state?
Will our credit union allow us to keep the car if we are in good standing with just one late payment in the past? Or can they decide not to carry the loan and repo the car?
