Sorry, but this site deals with U.S. bk law. For example, very rarely in a consumer bk in this country is a bank account frozen.
Hopefully, you can find a UK website that deals with bk. -
So, you just not going to pay your bills? Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I'd suggest if yopu can pay your bills, do so and save BK proceedings for those who realyy need it. Just my 2 centsMy credit scores:
