    After thinking hard about my situation I filed for Chapter 7 to start a new life without being swamped in debt. After two good job losses and a divorce with in a 2 yr time period. I just couldnt make ends meet anymore.I will lose the house because i was in foreclosure, and my atornet said to file before the sale because i dont want both on my credit report. Wish me luck and thanks to all the members on this board.

                It's not always easy, since there's such a stigma associated with BK, to not beat yourself up over it. (I think 99.9% of the people filing do at some time or another.) I commended you on taking this giant step towards the start of a new financial future.
