So I'm in the process of foreclosure, chapter 7 was final in January and we included our house. I received a capital one card back in January and was recently approved for a Orchard Bank card. Now, when I pull up my credit report, it shows me past due, all the way back to when I stopped paying my mortgage. Now that debt was erased with my discharge, so should it still be showing as a +120 day late payment or should it show as included in bankruptcy?

Actually Capital one did that to me you should just dispute it until it either gets removed or correctly reported. I can imagine that is hurting your scores right now. I had some luck with disputing "Not mine" In the beginning of my dispute process but after so many times it seems if it is not removed and gets verified they don't take you seriously. So now we are on the dispute "NOT CODED CORRECTLY" I would suggest that dispute only after "not mine" dispute does not work. Definitely work on this one asap because all those lates are hurting your score. Hope this helps

Actually, maybe I need to clarify. My mortgage company, Everhome Mortgage is still showing as past due despite my bankruptcy being discharged in January. The foreclosure, however, is still in process. Is the mortgage being report correctly or should it show as having been discharged?
Last time I check my scores were in the VERY low 500's and I'm sure they would be a lot higher if not for the mortgage being being reported as such. I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel, but I want light now
