Unauthorized Inquiries?

An inquiry today from Barclays Bank appeared in my Transunion CR
and I have not applied and am not applying yet for any credit cards...

What to do with this? Should I dispute it or is it just normal to
have unauthorized inquiries?

Have you applied for any Juniper Bank Card?

That is AKA Barclay's Bank Delaware....
