If I discharged My Bankruptcy Do I still have to report it?

I filed in October of last year. When I initially paid my attorneys fees, I was told by my attorney that I would only have to pay around 17 cents on the dollar, or around 250-300 dollars a month on my plan. After my meeting of creditors, my trustee says that he wants a 100% plan that would be almost one thousand a month.

I dismissed my Bankruptcy, and it was never "converted" Do I still have to report on any future loan applications that I filed? and is "filing for Bankruptcy" and "declaring Bankruptcy" the same thing. The way I see it, one can file, but "declaring" is going through with it, having the bankruptcy converted, etc...

If I change my name, or get a different social security number, etc, do I still have to state that I filed?

No... I mean if u dismissed it urself and nothing else was done as far as a court ruling I dont think it should be listed.

You probably have to report your bankruptcy, whether it was completed or discharged is irrelevant. The fact is you filed a bankruptcy and now it is on your credit report for a set amount of time. Failing to list the filing of a bankruptcy on a credit application could be falsifying an application. In addition they will see the bankruptcy on your credit report anyways. USually applications ask you if you ever filed a bankruptc.

Check your credit report yourself. If it's there then list it, if it's not then don't.
