ok we use......truecredit monitoring. Now I have been pulling the credit reports once a week. My hubby has only 1 collection account on Experian we disputed it and they wont budge, so we are leaving it for now. So all is good.

Today I go and check the reports and under Experian there are now 3 collections accounts. The one we know about and NOW TWO OLD accounts that resurfaced. We disputed these a while ago, and they were removed. NOW they are back on??? HOW?? I started to panic...I found a copy of his June 22 2006 Experian report and they are not one there. I even looked back under our Word documents, (i copied and pasted his report back when we ran out of printer ink, and it is dated March 4th 2006, and these TWO accounts are not on that report either. So how can they just show back up after at least 5 months of being off??
These accounts are last reported on 11/07/2005 (after our BK), they are both from The Bureaus INC, from our son's ear surgrey.

Apparently the creditor re-reported the old debt. As if they ever cared or even bothered to open the discharge letter they received. Call them, inform them, and do the same to the credit bureau. Don't give up until fixed, it will work.

If they re-reported it wouldn't the report date be 08/06...the last report date says 11/05. They are listed IIB and zero balance, it's just the fact that we got them off and now they are back on. I didn't think Collection accounts can do that, in BK or for any cases. What is to stop anny accounts come back on at this point??


The addition of these two account just lowered his score from 607 ....to 530....that sux His score sux to begin with, but come on cut us some slack !!

If they are reporting correctly, than what can you do? Nothing, I'm afraid. Get them removed again, lol?
