Did anyone ever go in to the trustee's meeting under a 7 only to have the trustee come back and say, you have to file 13? Can you tell me the circumtances. I have a business on the side of my reg. job and I had to project my income 'till the end of the year. Can they not agree with figure and force me into a 13?
