    341 Meeting was 'closed' today

There is still one outstanding document they wanted but the Trustee said he was closing the meeting. He asked the standard questions and nothing more though his office and the US Trustee had been asking for documents for months now. I think it was more do to bad communication between BK attorney office and them and not necessarily because they were digging for stuff.

What now? Can I breathe a bit easier?

Now you wait out the 60 days for Creditor Objections. If no one objects to your BK, then you'll be Discharged shortly after that, and hopefully Closed quickly as well.

So grab a chair, kick back, prop up yer feet, take a load off, and sit a spell.

60 days will pass before you know it and you'll be on your way to your new, debt free life.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
