I need help ASAP on Chapter 7 for my parents

I am helping my parents gathering their paperwork needed to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. And I have a VERY IMPORTANT ? If my dad has medicare and tricare insurance, and he was in a short term health care facility. And he was dicharged from therapy, and now his medicare and tricare have quit paying the Health Care facility, and he has a balance of $3800.00. Can this be filed off on my parents Chapter 7? My dad is now at home.

Hi Cindy,

Yes, just have your parent's list all medical debts in thier BK petition, that tricare and medicare won't pay.
