My bankruptcy has been been done for almost 2 years now and was looking for my sister to cosign a loan for me. Now my bankruptcy wont have any affect on her credit right? It would only if I didnt pay the loan correct?

No, you're BK will not effect her credit at all. Yes, if you don't pay, it could effect her credit because she is the co-signer, so the loan would be her responsibility as well.Bankruptcy History:
