    Today REALLY is closing day!

    Here are the final stats:

    Filed 9/05
    Closed 1/06
    Started House hunting 6/06
    Found house/house fell apart 7/06
    Found another house 7/06
    Closing 8/29/06!

    We put down $500 earnest money. I am taking a cashiers check for $557.58 to closing. So, total down payment is $1057.58

    We are paying 10% intrest for 30 yr fixed. We will refi in 16-18 months.


    There is life after bankruptcy!

                We are SOOOOO far behind on painting. We're moving in Sunday & Monday. The basement is finished but will still need painted. We're moving the furniture/bar/desk/basement items in but to the middle of the room. Hubby will paint while we're in the house. Hopefully we can be done painting by next weekend.
