If someone owes me a ton of money...

does the trustee go after that person for the money. My case will be very difficult as it is mostly personal but was business realted. I dont even know where to start but I do know that the person who bought my business last year still owes me a ton of money and has not paid and is refusing to pay me, one of the main reasons I am totally busted.
I saw somewhere that if there is an ongoing lawsuit involving money owed to me that the trustee gets involved. If this is the case I wont even bother spending money to sue them and just let the bk take care of it. Please help

Yes, usually the Trustee will get into the picture if you have assets he can get too that someone else owes you......

He'll not let it ride, guaranteed.......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
