Selling old mobile home after discharge

I would like info on selling my exempted 1974 mobile home after discharge. If sold for more than value are there penalties or taxes in Ohio? Home valued at 100.00 when I purchased--had to be refurbished.

Well, anytime you sell something for more than you paid, its a capital gain, and should be reported on you tax returns accordingly. You may want to talk to a CPA.
