    SF, I just realized that you filed last week. I'm sorry I didn't notice sooner. How is it going? You filed Ch 7, right? Good luck on everything!

    Someone can move this if they want, I wasn't sure where to put it.

    Yep. We did file last week. Below the Median, Ch 7, No Asset.

    Not much to report right now. The filing was made 9/14. The rest of the papers were submitted on 9/18.

    I've seen them on PACER but not live and in person. At first I saw what I thought were a couple of mistakes, but it turns out that's the way the papers are supposed to be filed.

    Like all addresses in last 3 years. They listed the house we bought back in the '90's as '03 to whatever date. Then I saw the last 3 years thing and knew why it had been listed that way.

    Now I sit and wait and worry. Will all our dependents be allowed?? If not, will it throw us over the Median?? While our expenses on Schedule J hold up or will the Trustee object to something and want us to pay a 3 yr Ch 13 payment plan? All the horrible thoughts that run thru your mind.

    So I decided, being so tense about it, I decided to just not talk about it. Odd, I know, but true.

    Time goes by faster if I think about other things.

        I didn't read the bottom of your posts either to see that you just filed....
        You are just so ABSOLUTLY knowledgable in all of this stuff, I thought you had already been through all of this~
