Are there anymore options just after ch 7?

I am 6-months post ch 7 due to a failed business. I have 3 credit cards that I use and pay off monthly. I have a new car loan through Cap One for 9.45%. Are there any mortgage options available for me now or do I have to wait for 2 years?

I think you are going to have to wait a little while to buy a home I would look toward teh 2 year mark but things can and will change in the future so I would look back into the mortgage process in 6 months.
