Do I have to answer yes to foreclosure question

Hello I had a chp 7 BK discharged May 2008. My home was included. Home was transfered out of my name in Sept 2009. Loan shows IIB and not as a foreclosure on credit report. So my question is when I fill out a loan application doI still need to check yes to the question regarding a foreclosure? Just curious.

Was the home "transferred" because of a foreclosure. If so, then yes.

Realize, the foreclosure is a separate public record. Just because it is not on your credit report, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Thank you for the information. I have been putting yes down and got turned down so I was just wondering. Yes home was transferred due to foreclsoure. Thanks again.
