Approved for FHA....now waiting

We were approved for an FHA loan through Envoy Mortgage this week for up to 70k. We found the house we want and are now waiting for the seller's lender to set a final price since it's in a short sale. Cross your fingers that all goes smoothly and we can get the ball rolling in the next couple of weeks. This camper is getting old after 2 months.

Well so much for our happy ending. We haven't found a single house in our area that will work for us. We are hoping we can find a house to rent for a year then try again to buy. We figure renting a year is better than buying a house we don't like because we "have to". We are still pretty bummed though.
