    341 - Piece of cake

PA Middle District. Just got back. Arrived an hour early. Meeting was scheduled for 11, I was called at about 11:15.

    Simple questions:
    Provide DL & SS Card.
    State your name and address.
Did you read and sign all the forms?
How long have you owned your home?
    Show me the CMA.
Are your debts and assets correct?
    Any additional income since filing?
    Ever filed BK before?
Are you aware that you have to pay $150 monthly?

"Thanks for coming, have a nice day"

WOOO!!!!!!! Didn't even need that Xanax I took right before I got there.

It costs .08 cents per page. Sign into Pacer and click on bankruptcy, then type in your last name, and last 4 of ssn. It will bring up your case. There is no need to click on any icons to your case if you see that the last date of filing a doc. has not changed.
And, yes, you get charged at .08 cents to view/print a page. If you do a query or a report make sure you don't query but a date range of one day as it could bring up many many pages and you'll get charged .08 cents for each and every page. Go to pacer and read about it before you do use it. It can be a great information tool, but also I have heard that others racked up balances in a 3 month quarter into the hundreds of dollars. I learned the hard way with the query or report selections. Yicks!! It brought up 5-- pages and it cost me $40 for just that one run. OMG........ After that, I wised up quick.
