Follow-up On The Ap Filing & Question
To all,
The AP that was filed last Month has been answered by us. We have asked for the Court to dismiss based on the fact that they have missed the filing deadlines....Deadline: 11-3-09...AP Filed: 12-21-09. We also asked for it to be dismissed because they did not give proper service...i.e.....no one was served, our attorney or us. Our attorney only found out about it by a Pacer Report..
My question is this: Does the Judge just dimiss, or does he schedule a hearing for appearance?
