Preparing to file Ch 13 after speaking to my attorney. However, since our meeting I cannot get back in touch with him to answer my question. My father has sent bonds for each of my children from birth (are now teenagers). They have this money in savings & their own checking accounts with babysitting, birthday, report card money etc. Is their money safe from the BK?
