Debts are cushing me. Will court demand unreadable monthly payment?

I bring home about 1100 per week and have about 2500.00 in expenses . I owe about 75,000.00 in unsecured debt. Will they want all the money that's left over?

How did you arrive at $2500 in expenses? Does that include EVERYTHING, including annual expenses (car tires/maintenance, home maintenance, medical/dental expenses, etc)? You'll want to include every expense you can think of.

To answer your question, they will want all of your discretionary income that is left over after all of your allowable expenses. You should still be able to live comfortably, but it will force you to live within your means.
