Filed ch 13 on 12/11 in georgia. Confirmation of plan 4/26/12.
DW and i surrender 2 nd home . Now 10 mo's later we'r geting letters , 8 of them From a law group ,saying that there going to sell the home for a mortgage foreclosure sale . and even gives a sell date of NOV 6/12
On the letter it said " this is an attemp to collect a debt"
They don't even Copy my Attorney or my BK .
My question is , Don't they have to have the STAY lifted to do anything? I'vd looked on PACER and there is none.
i will be sending this over to my attorney .
