Automated payments finally!

Our payments go electronically every month on the 5th from my household checking account. No checks--no envelopes--no lost payments. Very easy here in the middle district of Florida.

I would find payroll deductions uncomfortable, I am hoping to keep my bankruptcy private as much as possible. I hope the options are there for me to do another method.

We kept ours private. Our lawyer told the trustee that payroll deductions could hurt our jobs so we sent a personal check each month. I always mailed it at least one week in advance and watched our checking account to see when it was cashed. I work at a church and my husband at a company that trusts him with expensive computer equipment and we didn't want them to know that we were in 13. I know they can't fire you for that but they can site another reason if they don't want someone in BK working for them.
